Overview
Advanced Object (AO) Field Validate scans a specified field and tests whether the data matches the specified pattern type, which may be Email, URL, or both. It accepts a single stream as input and outputs Boolean values (T/F).
AO Field Validate configuration parameters
AO Field Validate has a single set of configuration parameters in addition to the standard execution options.

Configure AO Field Validate

Select AO Field Validate.

Go to the Configuration tab on the Properties pane.

Select Data and choose the field to validate.

Select the kind of data contained in the field: Email and/or URL.

Optionally, go to the Execution tab, and then set Web service options.
