Throttle
Overview
The Throttle tool is used to limit throughput to a user-defined number of records per second. This can be useful if your project relies on a slow upstream or downstream data connection.
Throttle tool configuration parameters
The Throttle tool has a single configuration parameter in addition to the standard execution options.
Parameter | Description |

Records/second | Throughput limit in records per second. This is optional and defaults to 1000. |
Configure the Throttle tool
Select the Throttle tool.
Go to the Configuration tab on the Properties pane.
Select Records/sec. and specify a throughput limit in records per second.
Optionally, go to the Execution tab, and then set Web service options.
