Admin: RPI to AML integration

Redpoint Global is announcing the planned end of life (EOL) for AML (Automated Machine Learning).

End-of-Life Timeline

  • Now through May 31, 2027

    • AML will remain available for use by existing AML customers

    • No new contracts or renewals will be accepted

    • Customer support will continue in accordance with existing support agreements

    • The product will continue to operate as designed

  • After May 31, 2027

    • AML will be retired

    • Access to the product will end

    • Customer support, maintenance, and updates will be discontinued

Scope of This Notice

This end-of-life announcement applies to all editions and versions of AML.

Any exceptions must be explicitly documented in a written agreement with Redpoint Global Inc.

Customer Planning and Transition

Customers are encouraged to begin planning for migration or transition ahead of the end-of-life date. No immediate action is required at this time. Please reach out to support@redpointglobal.com or your Account Director if any further assistance is required.

RPI uses Redpoint Automated Machine Learning (AML) to execute predictive analytic functionality (used in contexts such as Model Projects and Clustered Audiences).

To use AML with RPI:

  • Set the following environment variables:

    • Mercury__Address

    • Mercury__Username

    • Mercury__Password

  • If the AML and RPI tenant client IDs are not the same, set the following values to the AML client ID (GUID):

    • RedPointMLClientID Realtime app setting.

    • Within the Pulse operational database: RPI_Clients.MercuryClientID
