Certification

Overview

Being a Redpoint Certified Engineer means that you understand how Redpoint implements and executes, and we are assured that you are a master of that area.

The areas that we offer a certification path are:

• Data Engineer

• Campaign Engineer

• Architect

Data Engineer

Focuses on the data side of the Redpoint stack, primarily around Redpoint Data Management (RPDM).

This person would be a master of ETL (extract, transform, and load) processes as well as understanding various matching outcomes and automated solutions.

Campaign Engineer

Focuses on the campaign side of the Redpoint stack, primarily around Redpoint Interaction (RPI).

This person would be a master of building campaigns through the creation of segments and audiences as well as understanding the value and execution of omnichannel communication.

Architect

Focuses on the configuration and administration of the resources that are used to implement Redpoint products.

This person would often have more of an IT background and be savvy about different database and network resources.
