Using Twilio in RPI

Using Twilio Channel in RPI Interaction

  1. Within RPI, click on the options menu and navigate to Orchestration > Interactions > Create New Interaction. This brings up a blank interaction, which will execute a previously designed audience.

  2. Name the new interaction appropriately.

  3. There are 3 elements required in an interaction to successfully send an email through Twilio.

    • Workflow Control: Example uses a Manual Control.

    • Targeting Block: Example uses a Batch, which will use a previously configured audience.

    • Fulfillment Block: Example uses an Offer and is where channel is selected.

  4. Within the Offer block, you need to assign an offer that was previously configured.

  5. Under Channels, click Configure.

  6. Click Add Channel and select the proper channel from drop down.

  7. Click Done.

  8. Once these steps are complete, you are now able to send messages from RPI through to Twilio.
