Troubleshooting information to have on hand when you contact us

When you contact us about a problem, please include the following information:

  • Product version number (displayed on the lower right-hand corner of the Redpoint CDP logon page).

  • Your:

    • Name

    • Company name

    • Telephone number

    • Email address

  • Operating system and version number.

  • Exact wording of any error messages that appear.

  • Exactly what you were doing when the problem or error occurred.

  • How you tried to resolve the problem.

We may also ask you for:

  • A sample of the input data.

  • Your system configuration.
