Troubleshooting information to have on hand when you contact us

When you contact us about a problem, please include the following information:

  • Product version number (displayed on the lower right-hand corner of the Redpoint CDP logon page)

  • Your:

    • Name

    • Company name

    • Telephone number

    • Email address

  • Operating system and version number

  • Exact wording of any error messages that appear

  • Exactly what you were doing when the problem or error occurred

  • How you tried to resolve the problem

We may also ask you for:

  • A sample of the input data

  • Your system configuration
