AO Business/Consumer Match Assistants

AO Business Match Assistant

Advanced Object (AO) Business Match Assistant is an all-in-one macro designed for business matching. Connect it downstream from the AO Parsing Assistant.

AO Business Match Assistant configuration parameters

AO Business Match Assistant has two sets of configuration parameters: Input and Options.

All input fields are automatically mapped from the upstream AO Parsing Assistant.

Company

Company

Required. Company name used for matching. Default: Blank.

Contact

First

Given name (John A Smith Jr). Default: Blank.

Mid

Middle name (John A Smith Jr). Default: Blank.

Last

Surname (John A Smith Jr). Default: Blank.

Suffix

Generation name (John A Smith Jr). Default: Blank.

Gender

Gender; must be Male, Female, or blank (unknown or indeterminate). Default: Blank.

Address

Address1

First line of unparsed address. Default: Blank.

Address2

Second line of unparsed address. Default: Blank.

City

City. Default: Blank.

State

State. Default: Blank.

ZIP

ZIP Code. Default: Blank.

Other

URL

Optional. Web address. Default: Blank.

AO Business Match Assistant Options tab

Business matching

Business score

Match threshold for business name field after any optional business adjustments (described below) are taking into account. Default: Medium-Tight (80).

Contact

Name score

Match threshold for name field. Default: Medium (74).

Address matching

Address score

Match threshold for address fields, set globally for all address components. Default: Tight (88).

Match type

Include Contact

If selected, enables Business Contact Match. Default: Tight (88).

Configure AO Business Match Assistant

  1. Connect AO Business Match Assistant to an upstream AO Parsing Assistant.

  2. Select AO Business Match Assistant, and then select the Input tab on the Properties pane. All fields should be mapped from the upstream AO Parsing Assistant.

  3. Optionally, select the Options tab, and edit the Business score, Name score, and Address score matching thresholds.

  4. Optionally, check Include Contact on the Options tab to enable Business Contact matching.

  5. Optionally, go to the Execution tab, and then set Web service options.

AO Consumer Match Assistant

AO Consumer Match Assistant is an all-in-one macro designed for consumer matching. Connect it downstream from the AO Parsing Assistant.

Configure AO Consumer Match Assistant

  1. Connect AO Consumer Match Assistant to an upstream AO Parsing Assistant.

  2. Select AO Consumer Match Assistant, and then select the Input tab on the Properties pane. All fields should be mapped from the upstream AO Parsing Assistant.

  3. Optionally, select the Options tab, and edit the Address score and Name score matching thresholds.

  4. Optionally, select Matching Type on the Options tab and specify whether matching prioritizes Individual (match full name), Family (match surname), or Resident (match address).

  5. Optionally, go to the Execution tab, and then set Web service options.
