Documentation on the web!
If you aren’t aware yet, we have rolled out a new documentation website at Redpoint Global Docs! It contains everything from docs to user guides as well as release notes for our current product lines.

One more thing it contains…BEST PRACTICES!! It contains guidelines and recommendation for configuring and using the Redpoint Products. And this is a dynamic site that we will be adding and updating continuously. Check it out!

Partner Corner

The Redpoint partner marketing team is inviting all Redpoint partners to participate in a co-branded maturity model.
While some Redpoint partners already have their own maturity models, many do not. With this in mind, Redpoint is looking to co-brand our maturity model, thus enabling co-promotion and sharing of survey results.

Advantages of this approach to Redpoint partners include:

  • Gain a deep understanding of your clients' progress on the road to personalization maturity

  • Identify client gaps and areas for improvement

  • Benchmark clients against their peers

  • Generate leads through the tool for partner services

In the Learning Portal

  • We focused our attention on the new CDP course. It is going through its final internal approvals and it will be available in 2025 along with the supporting V-Lab!

Stay current on your Redpoint applications:

Please check regularly that your Redpoint applications and related modules (CASS, Geocoder, SERP etc.) are up to date. We encourage you to take advantage of all the new and existing features in the latest versions with all fixes and updates
