Greetings Redpoint community,

Welcome to the newest edition of our newsletter! We are continuously devising new and creative strategies to maximize the potential of your valuable customer data, and we're eager to show you our latest developments. 

Earlier this year, with the unveiling of our updated logo and website, we revealed that Redpoint offers the "Most Complete Composable CDP." In this issue, we will delve into the significance of this for you, discuss the critical importance of composability in the rapidly changing tech landscape, and outline how Redpoint is actively establishing pivotal partnerships to achieve immediate outcomes and equip our clients with the flexibility to evolve with future shifts. 

In addition, we’re rolling out some exciting new AI capabilities across our Redpoint CDP over the next few months and would love to get your thoughts and feedback. We look forward to sharing these developments, and much more, with you and to the continued growth and success that our partnership will bring.

If you aren’t aware yet, we have rolled out a new documentation website at Redpoint Global Docs! It contains everything from docs to user guides as well as release notes for our current product lines.

One more thing it contains…BEST PRACTICES!! It contains guidelines and recommendation for configuring and using the Redpoint Products. And this is a dynamic site that we will be adding and updating continuously. Check it out!

Redpoint-Predictable Partnership for OTB Predictive Modeling:
Redpoint has executed a formal partnership with Predictable, providing out-of-the-box modeling seamlessly integrated with the Redpoint CDP platform.

Currently, the Redpoint-Predictable solution provides six predictive models:

  • Purchase Propensity (i.e., likelihood to convert)

  • Churn Propensity (i.e., likelihood to attrite)

  • Nth Purchase (i.e., likelihood of a 2nd or 3rd transaction following an initial transaction)

  • Product Recommender (i.e., next-best-product model)

  • Customer Lifetime Value (i.e., LTV predicted over the next year)

  • Engagement (i.e., likelihood to engage with a brand)

Model scoring will occur daily, with model re-training to occur monthly.

Redpoint-Sigma Partnership for BI Reporting and Analytics:

  • Redpoint has executed a formal partnership with Sigma to provide native BI and reporting within the Redpoint CDP platform.

  • Sigma enables instant, in-depth data analysis on billions of records through an intuitive spreadsheet interface. Its write-back capability and comprehensive support system accelerate organizational growth and innovation.

Redpoint-Klick Heath Partnership for Pharma and Life Sciences:

  • Redpoint has signed a formal partnership with Klick Health, the world’s largest independent commercialization partner for life sciences.

  • For over 25 years, Klick has been focused on developing, launching, and supporting life sciences brands to maximize their full market potential as a core commercialization partner (i.e., marketing and sales support for new drugs released by pharma/life sciences brands).

  • Klick has been recognized by the world’s most distinguished advertising awards shows, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, Art Directors Club, Clios, Clio Health, New York Festivals Health, and Webbys.

Stay current on your Redpoint applications:

Please check regularly that your Redpoint applications and related modules (CASS, Geocoder, SERP etc.) are up to date. We encourage you to take advantage of all the new and existing features in the latest versions with all fixes and updates.
