Recipient email
Service Credentials section, containing the following:
Service URL: this mandatory text property can be a maximum of 1000 characters in length. It defaults to the value
https://api.ccmp.eu
, and represents the URL used to connect to the Marigold service.Username: this mandatory text property can be a maximum of 100 characters in length. It is used during authentication to access the Marigold service.
Password: this mandatory, password-masked text property can be a maximum of 100 characters in length. It is used in conjunction with username to access the Marigold service.
Client ID: this mandatory text property can be a maximum of 100 characters in length. It is also used, with the two preceding properties, when accessing the Marigold service.
Suppressions section, containing the following:
Auto-suppress: as per Salesforce Marketing Cloud email channel.
Custom suppression table: as per Salesforce Marketing Cloud email channel.
Suppression table name: as per Salesforce Marketing Cloud email channel.
Miscellaneous section, containing the following:
Remove footer: this checkbox is unchecked by default. If checked, at email delivery, the default text footer will be removed at both HTML and text email content. An interaction runtime validation error is raised at email offer execution if the property is checked at a channel being used, when email content does not contain an opt-out message merge block.
BCC email address: as per Salesforce Marketing Cloud email channel.
Database entity: this mandatory property allows you to select a database entity, as configured at Marigold, for use by the channel. It is accompanied by a button, which is displayed initially with the text “Choose database entity”. The button is available when the fields within the Service Credentials section have been populated. On selecting the button, a dialog is displayed, and populated with database entities associated with the supplied credentials. A warning is thrown if the credentials supplied are incorrect. Having selected a single entity, select OK to confirm your selection. The name of the chosen database entity is then shown at the property. Select Cancel, or off the dialog, to close it. Having selected a database entity, you can Clear your choice.
Lookup table: it is mandatory to select a lookup table, as configured at Marigold, using this property. Lookup table is available once a Database entity has been chosen. The property is populated in the same way as Database entity; however, lookup tables associated with the selected Database entity are listed in the dialog.
Property map: it is mandatory to select a property map, as configured at Marigold, using this property. Property map is available once a Database entity has been chosen. The property is populated in the same way as Database entity; however, property maps associated with the selected Database entity are listed in the dialog.
Customer ID: this read-only text field is populated upon selection of a property map. It represents the Marigold Customer ID used during the audience batch import process.
Batch import folder: this property represents a folder, as configured at Marigold, in which the generated batch files are to be stored. It is available when the Service Credentials property values have been provided, and is populated using a dialog, in a manner akin to the Database entity property; however, the dialog lists batch import folders instead of database entities.
Dynamic block content folder: this property represents a folder, as configured at Marigold, in which dynamic content generated from dynamic assets is stored. It is available when credentials have been provided, and is populated using a dialog, in a manner akin to the Database entity property; however, the dialog lists dynamic block content folders instead of database entities.
Sender profile address: this property represents the email address of a sender profile, as configured at Marigold. Sender profiles are used to identify a “from email address”. The property is available when the Service Credentials property values have been provided, and is populated using a dialog, in a manner akin to the Database entity property; however, the dialog lists sender profile addresses instead of database entities.
VMTA pool ID: this optional text field is empty by default. It allows you to specify a specified sender's VMTA pool, as configured at Marigold.
Preheader: this optional text property accepts a maximum of 100 characters. It allows you to specify the text to appear as the email preheader. This text appears as a preview in a recipient's email inbox.
Image folder: this property allows you to select a folder, as configured at Marigold, to which embedded images will be uploaded. It is available when marigold credentials have been provided, and is populated using a dialog, in which image folders are displayed in a treeview. You can select a single image folder or subfolder and select OK to confirm your selection. Select Cancel or off the dialog to close it. Having confirmed your selection, your chosen folder is displayed at the property.
FTP event export location: this property represents an RPI FTP location to which email results will be downloaded. It is populated using a dialog, in a manner akin to the Database entity property; however, the dialog lists FTP locations instead of database entities.
FTP max retries: this property refers to the number of times an FTP calls will attempt to reconnect or retry a failed operation before it gives up and reports an error.
Opt-out message ID: this mandatory text property can be a maximum of 100 characters in length. It represents a placeholder for an Unsubscribe section rendered in email content and must be a valid ID as configured at the Marigold Marketing Suite.
Auto-reply handler: this optional property allows you to select an auto-reply handler, as configured at Marigold, for use by the channel. It is accompanied by a button, which is displayed initially with the text “Choose auto-reply handler”. On selecting the same, a dialog is displayed. Having selected a handler, select OK to confirm your selection. The name of the chosen auto-reply handler is then shown at the property. Select Cancel or off the dialog to close it. Having selected an auto-reply handler, you can Clear your choice.
Forwarding handler: this optional property allows you to select a forwarding handler, as configured at Marigold, for use by the channel. It is accompanied by a button, which is displayed initially with the text “Choose forwarding handler”. On selecting the same, a dialog is displayed. Having selected a handler, select OK to confirm your selection. The name of the chosen auto-reply handler is then shown at the property. Select Cancel or off the dialog to close it. Having selected an auto-reply handler, you can Clear your choice.
Data import priority: this dropdown property exposes values Low, Normal (the default value), High and Urgent. The property allows you to define the order in which the import of data to Marigold will be handled. During offer execution using the channel, a
task_priority
value is included within the JSON payload sent to Marigold, values for which are set as 300 (Low), 700 (Normal), 800 (High), or 1000 (Urgent).Max send batch size: this numeric property is optional. It accepts a minimum value of 500, and a maximum value of 999,500. The value provided must be divisible by 500. The property represents the maximum number of messages to be sent per hour when using the channel. The setting is only used for Marketing email sends. It is not used when sending Operational emails.
Max batch import: this integer property allows you to specify the maximum size of a batch of email recipients sent at a time to Marigold. It defaults to 500, and accepts a range of values between 500 and 20000.
Allow duplicate emails: this checkbox is unchecked by default. If checked, duplicate email addresses can be targeted to be sent during offer execution using the channel.
Auto map data fields: this checkbox is unchecked by default. If checked, attributes will be automatically mapped to Marigold data fields during offer execution.
Data field mapping: this property consists of a toolbar and a list.
Toolbar: exposing the following:
Load data fields: this button is available when a Database entity has been chosen. When selected, it populates one or more database entity fields, as configured at Marigold. Invocation is not protected by an “Are You Sure?” dialog. Any existing data field mappings remain set.
Clear all data fields: when this button is selected, all existing data field mappings are cleared. The button is protected by an “Are You Sure?” dialog.
List: displaying all data field mappings. You must map an RPI database column attribute to each entry in the list. The Required checkbox allows you to specify that the attribute in question must be included in email offer content.
Advanced tab
Request timeout: this numeric field represents the period of time, in minutes, for which an activity will wait for Marigold API requests to complete. It defaults to 60, and accepts a range of values from 1 to 1000.

Personalized content queue: you must specify a queue provider to which be used to which generated personalized content will be sent. You can select a queue provider from a list of those configured at the current RPI tenant by selecting the Choose send queue provider button, and selecting a queue from the resultant dialog.
RabbitMQ is the only supported queue provider for personalized content queues.
Personalized content queue path: having chosen a Personalized content queue, you must specify the path of the queue to which generated personalized content will be sent.
Web Adapters are supported at the channel.
