Notification Hub Configuration
This section describes how to create and configure a Notification Hub on the Windows Azure portal. Please follow the steps below:

On your web browser, log onto the Windows Azure portal (https://manage.windowsazure.com).

Once you have successfully logged into the portal, go to the Service Bus tab, and click Create as shown below:
