Hello Redpoint Customer,

I'm Vin DelGuercio, and after 18 years at Redpoint Global I recently stepped into the role of Chief Customer Officer. My charter is straightforward: ensure every customer realizes measurable, sustained value from our platform. To deliver on that, I've brought Professional Services, Account Management, Operations and Support, and Enablement into a unified Customer Organization—grounded in four principles: collaboration, transparency, consistency, and ownership.

No data replication. This new offering ensures we continue to bring Redpoint’s capabilities to our customers wherever they need them.
