Increase RPI Trace logging

For troubleshooting purposes, there are cases where you need to increase the trace logging for RPI services. To do this, update the following *.config files:

C:\ProgramFiles\RedPointGlobal\RedpointInteraction\ExecutionService\Resonance.ExecutionService.exe.config

The RPI services need to be restarted for the changes to take effect, and we highly recommend that you switch the values back to default after gathering the logs.
